Privacy Policy for ANTUMBRA

ANTUMBRA (“the game”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a mobile game developed by Hexapixora. This policy explains what information the game collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. By downloading or playing ANTUMBRA you agree to this policy.

1. Who this game is for

ANTUMBRA is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

2. What we collect and why

You can play ANTUMBRA entirely as a guest — no name, no email, no sign-in required. Some features (saving progress across devices, the world leaderboard, buying rubies) need an account or process additional data, as set out below.

a) Account information — only if you sign in with Google. If you choose to sign in, Google provides us your name, email address, and profile photo, and we create a player account identified by a Google account ID. This lets your progress and purchases follow you across devices. If you stay a guest, an anonymous account identifier is used instead — no name, email or photo.

b) Game progress and profile. We store your in-game wallet (coins and rubies), the skins, worlds and avatars you own, your chosen options, and your lifetime stats. If you post to the world leaderboard, we store your best survival time and your chosen display name, which are visible to other signed-in players.

c) Purchases. If you buy rubies, the payment is processed entirely by Google Play — we never see or store your card or payment details. We receive a record that the purchase happened (product purchased, an order identifier, and your account ID) so we can grant your items and prevent duplicate credits.

d) Advertising. The game offers optional, opt-in “watch to earn coins” video ads through Google AdMob. You are never forced to watch an ad. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may process a device advertising ID, your IP address, and ad interaction data. Where the law requires it (for example the EU, UK, and Switzerland), you are shown a consent request first, and you can choose non-personalized ads.

e) Technical and diagnostic data. Standard technical information — such as a device identifier, general device info, and basic diagnostic/crash data — may be processed by our service providers so the game runs reliably and securely.

f) Data stored only on your device. Settings, a local cache of your wallet, your daily check-in streak, and whether you have seen the tutorial are stored locally on your device and are removed when you uninstall the game.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera.

3. How we use your data

• To run the game and save your progress.
• To operate the world leaderboard and player profiles.
• To process and deliver in-app purchases.
• To show and measure the optional rewarded ads.
• To keep the service secure and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share data with (service providers)

Your data is processed by trusted providers, each under its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase — accounts (Authentication), database (Firestore), cloud functions, and file storage. firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google Play — app distribution and purchase processing. policies.google.com/privacy
• Google AdMob — advertising. policies.google.com/technologies/ads
• Google Play Games / Play Games Sidekick — if you have a Play Games profile, Google may provide gaming features (such as an in-game overlay). This is a Google service governed by Google’s privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

5. Where your data is stored

Our database and account data are hosted by Google in the European Union. Google may process data in other countries under appropriate safeguards. Data is encrypted in transit.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and progress data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account (see section 7), the associated data is deleted. We may retain limited purchase records where required to comply with law, tax, or anti-fraud obligations.

7. Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account and its associated data at any time, in two ways:

• In the game: open Profile → Delete account & data, and confirm. This permanently removes your wallet (coins, rubies and owned content), your leaderboard entries, and your account. It cannot be undone, and any rubies you purchased are lost.
• By email: write to hexapixoradev@gmail.com from your account email address requesting deletion, and we will delete your account and associated data within a reasonable period.

Data stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the game.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live — for example the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA) — you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw advertising consent. To exercise any of these, contact hexapixoradev@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Advertising choices

• You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device’s Google settings.
• Where a consent form is shown, your choice controls whether ads are personalized.
• You can play without watching any ads — they are always optional.

10. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and server-side rules that restrict access to your data, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change, and for significant changes we will provide notice in the game or on our website.
