Terms of Use for ANTUMBRA

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of ANTUMBRA (“the game”), a mobile game developed by Hexapixora (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or playing the game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play ANTUMBRA on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or resell the game or any part of it, except as permitted by law.

2. Your account

You can play as a guest or sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not use another person’s account without permission, and do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the game, its servers, or other players’ accounts.

3. Virtual items and purchases

  • The game includes virtual currencies — coins (earned by playing or by watching optional ads) and rubies (bought with real money).
  • Virtual currencies and items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred outside the game.
  • Purchases of rubies are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s terms. Because virtual items are delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by Google Play’s policies or by applicable law.
  • We may add, change, or remove virtual items, prices, and features at any time.
  • If you delete your account, your virtual currencies and items are lost and are not refundable.

4. Advertising

The game offers optional rewarded video ads (watch to earn coins). Ads are provided by Google AdMob and are never required to play. See our Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled.

5. Fair play

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, tamper with the game or its network traffic, or manipulate the leaderboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other players or the service.

6. Availability and changes

We provide the game “as is” and may update, change, suspend, or discontinue it (or any feature, including online services and the leaderboard) at any time. We are not liable for any loss of progress, virtual items, or availability, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the game is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the game and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change, and continued use of the game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
